Spring

Spring is the time of regeneration of new life and sacred beginnings.  I love the spring. Easter time comes around, Sunday always associates it self with spring. Grassy hills covered with blue lupine and golden California poppies.  In these beloved hills we would search for Easter eggs.  The egg, like a flowering bulb, symbolizes new life emerging from dormancy, like Christ rising from his tomb to demonstrate that life continues after death. The feeling and reassuring that each and everyday is filled with new surprises and beginnings. Bringing the wild and the cultivated together into the realm of the garden has been the beginning of my own quest. The joy of Spring time prepares you even for summer all of its delightful bursting of energy, filling the air and the long haul of merryiness.
